Goldensign Group Team Building Spring Activity Summary

In order to enhance team cohesion, promote cross-department communication, and increase employee sense of belonging, the Goldensign team traveled to Anji County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province for a two-day, one-night team building event from April 11th to 12th, 2025. This event, themed "Close to Nature, Build a Stronger Team," combined outdoor activities and cultural experiences to allow team members to relax while enhancing cooperation and communication.

1. Activity Overview

The team building schedule was both tight and fulfilling, including the following activities:

• Cloud Prairie Scenic Area Tour: The team took a cable car to the summit, experienced the high-altitude grassland views, participated in outdoor challenges, and strengthened team collaboration.

• Visit to Zhejiang Natural History Museum: Through immersive learning, the team gained insight into natural ecology and biodiversity, expanding their horizons and raising environmental awareness.

• Team Interaction and Communication: In a relaxed atmosphere, team members engaged in cross-department communication, fostering a spirit of teamwork.

2. Activity Highlights

• Cloud Prairie: Challenge and CollaborationAt an elevation of 1168 meters, the team experienced unique activities such as the cliff swing and skywalk. Group hiking and free time allowed team members to relax in nature, enhancing interaction.

• Natural History Museum: Fun and Educational Cultural ExperienceAs one of Asia’s largest natural history museums, the Zhejiang Natural History Museum (Anji Branch) attracted the team with its rich exhibits and interactive technologies. Team members explored thematic areas such as geology, ecology, and dinosaurs, deepening their understanding of Zhejiang’s natural history and ecological conservation, which also inspired discussions on environmental protection.

• Improved Team CohesionDuring dinner and free activities, team members enjoyed games and communication, bringing them closer together, particularly improving cross-department collaboration, which laid a solid foundation for future cooperation.
