When we packed up our booth after the last day of Future Print 2026 in São Paulo, one thing stood out.

We weren't talking about how many brochures we had handed out or how many photos we had taken.

Instead, our sales team kept talking about the people we met.

Some customers stayed for five minutes. Others spent nearly an hour with us. A few came back on the second day with colleagues because they wanted another opinion before making a decision.

That, to us, is what a good exhibition looks like.

This year, Goldensign Group brought two of our core product lines to Brazil—Goldensign PVC Foam Board and Puri CO₂ Laser Tube. They serve different industries, but something interesting happened during the exhibition.

The questions customers asked were surprisingly similar.

Almost nobody started with price.

Most conversations began with quality, consistency, delivery, or technical details.

As a sales manager, that's always a good sign.

PVC Foam Board: Customers Want Stability More Than Anything

Brazil has a well-developed advertising and furniture industry, so PVC foam board isn't a new product here.

Many visitors had already used local brands or imported boards from Asia. Some were happy with their current suppliers. Others weren't.

One customer picked up one of our samples and didn't ask about density or thickness first.

He simply looked across the surface under the exhibition lights and asked,

"Will every shipment look like this?"

That question stayed with us.

People who actually process PVC foam board every day know that small differences matter. Surface flatness affects UV printing. Density affects CNC routing. Thickness tolerance affects assembly. None of these things are obvious until production starts.

Several customers also mentioned the same issue: they could find inexpensive boards, but keeping the quality consistent from one container to the next was much harder.

That's exactly where a manufacturer should focus.

CO₂ Laser Tubes: Reliability Still Comes First

The conversations around Puri CO₂ Laser Tube felt very similar.

Visitors came from laser machine factories, distributors, engraving workshops and service companies.

Some wanted to replace imported brands. Others were looking for a supplier that could provide stable quality without long lead times.

Power is important, of course.

But once people started talking about real production, the discussion quickly shifted.

Output stability.

Tube life.

Beam quality.

Compatibility with existing machines.

After-sales support.

One customer told us that replacing a laser tube isn't expensive.

Stopping production unexpectedly is.

That sentence explains the market better than any presentation could.

A Market That Is Becoming More Professional

This wasn't our first time in Brazil, and one thing feels different compared with several years ago.

Customers are asking more technical questions.

They're comparing specifications more carefully.

They're paying closer attention to production capability instead of just product catalogs.

From our perspective, that's a healthy change.

The Brazilian market is becoming more mature, and buyers are spending more time choosing long-term suppliers instead of simply looking for the lowest quotation.

For manufacturers like us, that's encouraging.

It means quality, communication and service are becoming real advantages—not just marketing words.

The Best Conversations Didn't Feel Like Sales Meetings

One thing I personally enjoyed during the exhibition was how relaxed many conversations became.

Sometimes customers started by asking about PVC foam board, then we ended up talking about local furniture factories.

Others came to ask about laser tubes and stayed to discuss how the manufacturing industry in Brazil has changed over the past few years.

Not every discussion ended with a quotation request.

And that's perfectly fine.

Building trust doesn't happen in one meeting.

Sometimes it starts with a technical question.

Sometimes with a simple handshake.

Sometimes with a conversation over coffee.

Exhibitions are one of the few places where those conversations happen naturally.

Thank You, Brazil

For Goldensign Group, Brazil has always been one of our most important overseas markets, and Future Print once again reminded us why.

We met customers who have worked with us before.

We met companies that had only heard our name online.

And we met many new people who simply wanted to know more about what we do.

To everyone who stopped by our booth—thank you.

Whether we discussed PVC foam board, CO₂ laser tubes, or simply exchanged ideas about the market, every conversation helped us understand your business a little better.

Future Print 2026 is over.

Our follow-up work is only just beginning.

We look forward to speaking with many of you again—this time not at an exhibition booth, but as long-term business partners.
